Commonly our dishes include dark colored rice or quinoa, in any event one vegetable, and a protein (except if we are considering quinoa our protein-Lou doesn't assume that matters). I love the flavor blends of this Sweet Potato and Frankfurter Quinoa Heat (the gruyere cheddar is so great) and that it is so natural to make.

This Apple Chicken Frankfurter Quinoa Goulash is an incredible dinner to add to your rundown for the week. It has heavenly regular vegetables like sweet potatoes and kale. You should simply toss everything into the goulash dish, darker your chicken hotdog, and stir up your dressing. It's hard to believe, but it's true, THE DRESSING. The dressing for this quinoa meal takes this dish to the following level.

One other thing I truly love about this quinoa heat is that I as a rule have all that I requirement for this dish in my pantry or the cooler. Stock your pantry so you are prepared to make this quinoa dish at whatever point you long for it!
