Did we extremely simply say two fixing sweet potatoes waffles?? Truly. Truly, we did. Also, they are Not terrible, but not great either great with firm edges and truck heaps of flavor. I'm talking superior to Eggo or normal waffle great. Since, they are too fast and simple to make; actually, you should simply prepare these and hurl them in the cooler and you eat throughout the entire week.

I adore cooking with new fixings and for the most part I like causing something with vegetables when I first wake to up. This recipe is so rad, since I can hop up and have waffles and still like the fixings I am placing in my body.

Sweet Potato Paleo Waffles #healthy #breakfast

Sweet potato waffles made with two fixings and prepared in only five minutes! Best paleo waffles for sound eaters. Simple gluten free waffles for everybody!


  • 4 cups sweet potato grated
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt optional
  • olive oil for greasing


  1. In a bowl whisk together grated sweet potato, eggs, and salt (optional).
  2. Heat waffle iron, then drizzle with olive oil to keep waffles from sticking. See recipe notes for the waffle iron I use. Cook waffles until golden and crispy (about 5 minutes or more) then serve with your favorite toppings- savory or sweet!
