INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 pieces of cooked bacon
  • half an avocado, sliced
  • 2 poached eggs
  • Whole30 hollandaise sauce


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. On a plate, assemble the 2 slices of tomato. Top each tomato slice with 1 piece of bacon, slices of avocado, 1 poached egg and top with hollandaise sauce.
